Team LeaderThe Team Leader is a supervisory position requiring previous retail merchandising experience. This position reviews the current initiatives with their District Manager and the store management on a daily basis, and assigns their Team Members to the appropriate location and project. Additionally, the Team Leader will be responsible for reports on store activity and payroll processing. Communication with Team Members will need to occur throughout the day to ensure progress and to address any questions. Crew AssistantA Crew Assistant serves in the store set-up function, working as part of a team. This position involves insuring proper fixture and equipment installation, implementation of plan-o-grams, the unloading of fixtures and equipment, and assisting with project-related paperwork.
